Dm’s goal is to be an engine of growth

A real milestone from the perspective of dm’s future digital potential was the integration of country-specific IT systems into a common system, bringing processes in all 14 dm countries into a single system. The dm App isn’t only a shopping platform, but also an important and innovative interface for product information. As for the dm active beauty loyalty programme, it has more than 1.3 million registered members. In the 2023-2024 financial year, 21 dm stores stopped using fossil fuels and intermodal transport was introduced: 14 suppliers of the Enns (Austria) distribution centre and 13 suppliers of the dm brand’s distribution centre in Páty (Hungary) have been converted to a combined transport mode, with goods travelling most of the way by rail. Dm has once again been awarded the Family Friendly Place certificate, the Reliable Employer and Randstad’s Most Attractive Employer awards. (x)
