The Alpha generation will be the most entrepreneurial so far
The children of the Alpha generation (those born or to be born between 2010 and 2025) imagine a much smoother, more comfortable world that can transform local communities and change the functioning of cities and economies.
In just four years, the first members of the Alfa generation will enter the labor market. While Generation Z has already had a significant influence on the operation of businesses, the next generation is expected to have an even greater impact on it. More than three quarters of children aged 8–14 want to start their own business and run it as a main or part-time job. Only 6% said they would like to work for others. If everything goes according to their ideas, the Alpha generation will completely transform the way businesses and communities operate in the next five to ten years.
