The world famous Noma restaurant moves to Australia for ten weeks
The Noma, one of the world’s best restaurants, will relocate to Australia for ten weeks in summer.
The Danish eatery will temporarily close in Copenhagen to launch in January at Barangaroo, overlooking Sydney Harbour, as part of a collaboration with Tourism Australia and property group Lendlease.
Head chef Rene Redzepi said today that he and the Noma Australia team will design an original menu based on Australia’s best produce, saying he’s always been attracted to its “incredible diversity”. (MTI)
