Bread to increase with an average 8 HUF in April
Bakeries will increase the price of bread by an average of 8 HUF in early April, because of the price increase of flour – told Varga László, Chairman of the Hungarian Association of Bakers to MTI on Thursday.
He explained that the mills deliver the flour 10 HUF more expensive per kilo, between 117 to 119 HUF to the bakeries, and therefore the bakeries can give the bread to the traders on a price between 190 to 210 HUF. According to the Hungarian Association of Bakers traders in different municipalities will sell bread on an expected 280-329 HUF price – reports MTI.
