Jennifer Melanie Ziemons won again, this time in Birmingham
Jennifer Melanie Ziemons who has Hungarian ancestors won four gold medals at one of the world's most prestigious international confectionery tournament in Birmingham, England – the ncafe.hu wrote. She applied for the awards with four cakes in two categories. The judges of the Cake International awarded her creations with four gold awards during the weekend.
Jennifer’s result is also special because she only started to prepare cakes from fondant in January this year. She took part in February and in May the first time at a pastry competition, winning gold immediately. This is the third competition, where her pastries were considered to be the best. The first two pastry competitions were organized in Hungary. (ncafe.hu)
