Tesco’s home delivery service – Tesco from Home – grew by nearly 20% last year, while its on-demand business tripled its sales turnover. As a result, Tesco’s online business realised a 25% overall growth. A total of 14 hypermarkets and 33 small-format stores were refurbished across the country in 2024. Tesco installed solar panels on 25 stores, which generate more than a quarter of the energy consumption of shops.
