What everybody think they know best

Károly Szabó, head of Kaméleon Advertising, talked about the difficulty of designing packaging and used typographic examples to illustrate how specific types of letters can express the essence of a product. He also gave a step by step demonstration of the design process. He pointed out that practically everybody feels competent regarding packaging and this is why companies are reluctant to spend money on this obvious advertising tool.
