AM: sustainable fish farming on Lake Balaton
This year’s fish plantations have also started, more than 3 tons of carp, for example, have already reached Lake Balaton.
It is planned that this will be followed by another 7 tons in the spring, but most of the self-produced fish will be released into the lake in the main period of the planting, in the autumn, the Ministry of Agriculture describes in a statement sent to MTI. (MTI)
