Zsigó Róbert emphasized: Hungary’s food safety system is one of the best and most stable in Europe.

Summing up the measures of the recent period, he said: at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, the coronavirus subpage was created on the website of the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih), where there are many information materials and official guidelines. Nébih “helps businesses with supportive inspections,” their inspectors “basically don’t punish, but give advice,” – he added. (MTI)
