The route of the rally in 2022 will affect food industry plants and shops
Márton Nobilis announced that in 2006, the Coop company launched a tour of the country showing the activities of Hungarian food producers and food processors in order to support the distribution and consumption of Hungarian food. The Ministry of Agriculture has been on the side of the initiative all along – he added. He called it exemplary that the Coop store chain presents the traditions and innovations of Hungarian food production at this year’s rally through its 8 key production and distribution centers in the eastern part of the country, which is particularly affected by the drought.
According to the statement issued on site by Co-op Hungary Zrt., at this year’s Coop Rally, on September 7-8, the trade group’s suppliers and business partners, as well as representatives of the media, will visit six food industry plants operating in Eastern Hungary and the stores of two member companies of the Coop group away.
