Those who matter will be there at SIRHA Budapest!

From 3 March 2026 manufacturers, distributors and service providers will be showcasing their products, technologies and services for the catering, confectionery, bakery and hotel industries, informs Klára Tihanyi, exhibition director of SIRHA Budapest.

The organisers are proud that with 26,000 professional visitors from 16 countries and around 300 exhibitors, this trade fair is the most important business forum for the food industry and the HoReCa sector in the region. Just like in previous years, the trade show will offer visitors a number of professional programmes and competitions.

One of the most eagerly awaited is the Future Store by Trade magazin, which this time will feature 20 partner companies presenting the latest product innovations, technological solutions and services. For the first time there will also be a Hungarian Pizza Championship, organised by the recently formed Hungarian Pizza Association (FUPI). Another new feature of SIRHA Budapest will be the final of the Chef of the Year competition. The programme will also include the Hungarian Wine Island, Aux Vignobles! – an exhibition of French wines, the Cake of Hungary 2026 contest and Ice Cream Adventure 2026.
