Barry Callebaut develops new chocolate recipes using AI

Swiss company Barry Callebaut is partnering with Chilean AI start-up NotCo, to optimise its chocolate recipes by using AI. The objective is to reduce costs and cocoa usage, as the price of the raw material is at a record high. NotCo’s technology is already used by manufacturers such as Unilever, Ferrero and Kraft Heinz.
