The rules of the EU’s Common Agricultural Policy regarding crop rotation and the preservation of biological diversity require producers to be even more careful than before, they must meet stricter conditions – they justified the publication of the publication. They added that the European Commission granted exemption from the obligations of crop rotation and fallow development related to individual support titles only temporarily, due to global food supply difficulties, and Hungary together with other member states asked for an extension in vain. From the new set of rules, the announcement of NAK highlights: according to one of the regulations, farmers cannot plant the same crop in the same area in two consecutive years. Another prohibits, for example, the cutting of hedges and trees during the breeding and chick-rearing period, and requires the preservation of protected landscape elements, including trees, groups of bushes, and lakes. According to the regulation, the shortest rest period for the area left fallow is from January 1 to August 31, during which time the soil must be covered with plants and stubble remains must be covered.
