The world’s largest brewer sold its Australian interest
AB InBev announces that the company will sell its Australian interest to the Japanese Asahi – portfolio.hu wrote.
Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) announced that it will sell the Carlton & United Breweries to Asahi, Japan. The 11.3 billion USD transaction is expected to be closed in the first quarter of 2020, and the company will use most of the incoming revenue to reduce its debt. (portfolio.hu)
