Nielsen’s category management workshop aims to provide better services to the customers
If the customers see that the product range in a store is adjusted to their needs, then the place is appreciated by them. Nielsen’s category management workshop, which will be held in Budapest in the second half of October aims to provide better consumer satisfaction. It is intended that the participating partners, merchants and manufacturers should be able to make the shopping experience more intense.
“The food retailers increase the image of their business as well as the loyalty of their existing customers by the conscious management of categories. At the same time they are attracting new customers as well, and improve financial results”- emphasizes Paris Galanis, a senior adviser to the European Nielsen, who will lead the workshop.
