Game meat is promoted by the Department of Agriculture
The Ministry of Agriculture is working hard to make game meat more important in mass catering, Bitay Márton said in Soponya at the 12th Game Gastonomy Festival.
According to the Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture, responsible for Land Affairs, stressed that people had to become more familiar with the taste of game meat. The game gastonomy festivals are great help to achieve this goal. (MTI)
