Amazon to match Tesco’s prices
In a new scheme from Amazon Fresh, which delivers groceries to Amazon Prime members, the service will match its prices to Tesco Clubcard deals on everyday items. As the economic situation is worsening, Britain’s food retailers are monitoring each others’ prices more than ever. Holders of Tesco’s Clubcard pay up to a half less than non-holders for approximately 3,000 products, both in-store and online.
