Nomad Foods wants end-to-end carbon footprint assessment for food products
Nomad Foods has called on European food industry companies and regulators to use a more comprehensive, end-to-end approach to Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies, which includes food loss and waste effects. This way transparency would improve for consumers, and critical steps could be taken to cut carbon emission.
