Home officers are more committed to their workplace
The role of work requiring an office presence has been greatly reevaluated in the last two years. The hybrid work schedule, partial or full home office, and more recently the provision of remote work have become more and more common among companies. But how committed are telecommuters, and how do managers feel about this? Process Solutions (PS), one of Hungary’s leading companies providing accounting, tax and payroll services, conducted a survey to examine the commitment of employees and the experience of managers.
According to Kincentric’s data*, 62% of employees in Hungary are committed to their workplace, although the Hungarian market average does not separate telecommuting, as this type of employment method is currently still in use in few companies.
Based on a survey by Process Solutions, employees working remotely expressed their satisfaction with a 79% engagement rate above the Hungarian market average. The recruitment for the Work From Anywhere (WFA) remote work program started more than a year ago, which offers people living outside the catchment area of Budapest, beyond the agglomeration, the opportunity to get a job at Hungary’s leading accounting company.
