Gray beef is the focus of Hungary’s food cooking competition

Hungarian gray cattle are not part of our daily meat consumption
“This is the fifth time the cooking competition has been organized, which has become an important professional event in recent years. Our national identity or memories of Petőfi can perhaps be translated into food,” Rétvári Bence, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Human Resources, said at a press conference on Wednesday. (MTI)
