The most beautiful shades of grey cattle
It is a prerequisite of the long-term survival of the almost extinct grey cattle to popularise its consumption in the culinary world. Kenyeres Estate, which has more than 15% of the total domestic grey cattle population of 7,500 – 1,200 grey cattle – is bringing grey cattle into the 21st century by putting its meat in our hands in the form of hamburger. The meat patties are made from 100% home-raised grey cattle and the plan is to be present in ten locations with the product in the near future.
