Centrum Department Stores Renew with Synergon

Centrum Exclusive Divatház Ltd. has chosen Synergon Retail Systems Ltd. as information technology supplier.

The Centrum department store of distinguished past is to become the store for families yet again. The CEO and joint owner of Centrum Exclusive Divatház Ltd. (CED) established a department store chain of modern European quality in Hungarian ownership with a major Hungarian investor and professional partners in the background.

In the last month, Centrum opened five new stores – in Miskolc, Eger, Kecskemét, Szeged and Pécs -, which were all supplied with point-of-sale systems and kiosk terminals by Synergon Retail Systems Ltd.

The SRS retail solution by Synergon Retail Systems Ltd. includes the cash registers, the related front and back office softwares, their customization and installation, and in this case the interconnection of the solution with the SAP enterprise resource planning system of the client, Centrum Exclusive Divatház Ltd.

The kiosk terminals installed at the locations provide an opportunity for customers to fill out their loyalty cards on spot in harmony with the loyalty program of CED.

Following the installation works, Synergon Retail Systems will provide for the full operation and repair service of the systems.
