The latest research results of SPAR have shown that it is worth representing quality
Conscious customers consider it important that the products on the shelves and their packaging, as well as the logistics and food production processes, are transparent, and that their quality is certified by international standards – this was revealed in the comprehensive research commissioned by the domestic chain at the beginning of the year.
“For our company, the primary consideration in customer service is outstanding quality, which is also confirmed by independent professional organizations through various certificates. Our company is proud of the fact that, year after year, we continuously meet the high expectations and strict requirements that guarantee that our stores always have the best quality goods on the shelves from our food production plants and logistics centers that meet the strictest food safety standards. . We are pleased that our customers also confirm this aspiration, this is supported by the survey in which the commissioned market researchers asked about their opinions and experiences”
– said Márk Maczelka, head of communications at SPAR Hungary. In the case of most certificates, the supermarket chain not only fulfills the legally binding requirements, but also voluntarily undertakes international audits that further confirm the pursuit of high quality.
