SPAR employees have lived with the possibility of further education

The SPAR Magyarország Kft. provided further training opportunities to its employees for one and a half year within the New Széchenyi Plan program. In the period from October 2013 to February 2015 nearly 1,000 employees participated in the program and obtained a total of 1786 certificates in various fields within 604 trainings.

The education and trainings were aimed to expand the knowledge and competencies of workers, thereby increasing their competitiveness. SPAR as one of the leading large companies of the country, considers it a priority to provide its employees up to date knowledge on their work fields and beyond, because according to the principles professionally trained staff is the key to success.
