SPAR is at the forefront of closing the pay gap between women and men
SPAR Magyarország joins Amnesty International Hungary’s campaign for equal pay and calls on other players in Hungarian business life, especially in the retail sector, to join. The NGO’s # OneStepCloser (#EgyLépésselKözelebb) Campaign aims to make gender pay data transparent in order to close the gender pay gap. The campaign aims to get more companies to close the gender pay gap by publishing their gender pay gap data on this year’s Women’s Day.
