The Soproni found the country’s best porter
The professional and the consumer jury selected the best porter of this year at Sopron’s first beer competition. The stakes of the competition were not only the half million forints prize: the gold medal winner will be on the shelves of the department stores next year as a member of the Soproni Óvatos Duhaj family.
The professional jury included Wossala Rozina host and restaurant owner, Bajkai Tibor, President of the First Hungarian Hunting Association, José Matthijsse, CEO of HEINEKEN Hungária, Lados Péter, owner of the Yeast Side Brewery, and Lehmajer Viktor, the breeder of Soproni.
