Only about half of regular Internet users shop online, according to a survey
In Hungary, the number of online shoppers is low, only 33 percent of the adult population, 3.2 million people shop at least once a year from an online store, while the active, weekly population over 18 is close to 6 million – according to the survey of Bónusz Brigád and GKI Digital.
Ninety percent of those surveyed have made a purchase this year, with 37 percent buying 3-6 times and 15 percent more than 20 times.
The analysis also reveals that while ten years ago, when the bonus / coupon pages were launched, almost only people aged 25-49 were purchasin that way. (MTI)
