Telenor researched the strength of women’s communities
The role of women’s communities is particularly important today, during the pandemic period, as shown by recent research commissioned by Telenor. Based on the results of an online survey of 840 women, more than half of the respondents are members of a group (online or in person) specifically for women. Most participate actively because they can get advice and help (60 percent), but also many join for inspiration (42 percent) or because they can connect with people who are in a similar life situation as them (40 percent). It is also particularly important to 39 percent of respondents that they can get information on topics that concern them easily and quickly – so if you have any questions, it’s enough to get your phone out of your pocket and ask the community.
