The company expands its sports-related deals globally. The Nielsen consumer information and knowledge company bought the Repucom company, which is the market leader in measuring, evaluating and developing the sports industry. The sports industry is a dynamically growing industry, where the amount of sponsorship in the world has almost doubled since 2010, from 35 billion USD to 60 billion.
