Tens of thousands of items from the Golden Age of the Waldorf Astoria in New York are auctioned off
Tens of thousands of objects from the Golden Age of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City, including furniture from former suites of celebrities, artists and politicians, will be auctioned off in the coming weeks near Boston.
Auctioneer Kaminski Auctions has rented an empty mall south of Boston to display lavish chandeliers, concert pianos, 19th-century French furniture, candlesticks, and decorations from the hotel’s legendary suites, restaurants and bars – The New York Post wrote. (MTI)
