THE ART OF NETWORKING – Inspiring Trade Marketing Club Meeting with Terrace Seating
On June 5 at 2:30 PM, everyone is welcome to the next Trade Marketing Club meeting! Connections are golden – learn how to master them like a pro! This time, attendees will hear from two truly special guest speakers: András Avidor, founder of BNI (Business Network International) Hungary and chairman of the BNI Global CEO Council, and Sándor Baja, Managing Director of Randstad Hungary Kft., Czech Republic, and Romania.
What’s on the agenda? For example: what’s the real secret to successful networking? How can you overcome shyness if starting a conversation is difficult? How can you take your already well-working network to the next level? What small tricks can you apply the very next day to use your contacts more effectively? … and much more.

András Avidor
His career is extraordinary: he became a fighter pilot at a young age, where he learned the importance of quick decision-making, discipline, and trust between people. He later brought these skills into the business world. When András first encountered the BNI system, few believed it could work in Hungary. But he believed in his vision and built the Hungarian BNI network from scratch – today it supports thousands of entrepreneurs in building new business relationships and sustainable growth. Recently, he even became chairman of the BNI Global CEO Council – an unimaginable achievement at the beginning.

Sándor Baja
Sándor Baja is Managing Director of Randstad Hungary, Czech Republic, and Romania, leading the consulting firm specialized in recruiting highly qualified professionals. Before joining Randstad in 2012, he held senior sales and marketing positions for two decades at FMCG companies in Hungary, France, and Southeast Europe. Under his leadership, Randstad has achieved significant growth in both revenue and staff. Few people have seen as many careers unfold as he has. At the helm of Randstad – with visibility over thousands of professionals annually – he knows exactly what makes a connection work, whether it’s executive networking, career change, or identifying business opportunities. His talk promises real behind-the-scenes insights into how networking can become one of the most powerful engines of your career.
You’re welcome even if you feel like networking “isn’t your thing,” if you struggle to approach strangers, or conversely, if you love building connections but want to do it more consciously and professionally.
Why should you attend? Because both András Avidor and Sándor Baja have practiced the art of networking daily for years – and still do. Their advice, born from their experiences, successes, and failures, is applicable in all areas of life, business and personal alike. You’ll receive real-life, instantly applicable tips you can start using the very next day!
