Food safety problems in Germany
Every fourth food company make illeguratories, according the German Food Safety Institute.
The most problem is registered at carcase meat, poultry and
salamis. One sixth of checked food samples were over warrant time or get bacteria.
Other 4% of companies had packaging and promotion defaults.
