The labour market, as seen by the employers’ side, has received the latest results of the Randstad HR Trends Survey
According to the “Randstad HR Trends Survey 2022”, a significant proportion of Hungarian companies have partially or completely recovered from the crisis caused by the pandemic. As a result, the hungarian professionals working mainly in medium and large enterprises are optimistic about their company’s business performance this year, with 61% expecting an increase in sales volumes. Most companies have adapted well to the circumstances: while 41% of respondents said that their company had fully recovered from the pandemic crisis, 27% were not affected, while 30% unfortunately still recovered only partially from the economic effects of the pandemic. It is a positive trend that 61% of companies expect sales volumes to increase in 2022, compared to 30% last year. Among those who expect to grow, 38% expect growth of more than 10% for their company.
