Health-conscious lifestyles are becoming increasingly popular worldwide. In Europe, the number of people who buy products for healthy lifestyles has increased by 35% in recent years.
This trend has been common in Hungary for many years. In addition to regular exercise, good nutrition is one in which we can do a lot for our health by following a few basic rules. As American ultramaraton runner Scott Jurek said, “Quality food is the cheapest health insurance”.
