Artificial intelligence can help with workforce training
The application of artificial intelligence (AI) in workforce training can also provide answers to the labor market problems affecting the Western Transdanubia region, the government commissioner responsible for artificial intelligence said on Friday at the ZalaZone Automotive Testing Track in Zalaegerszeg.
László Palkovics said that they are working on a program to implement this, which, among other things, will enable the training of people in the labor market, who are largely disadvantaged, in such a way that they are able to work in a high-tech environment.
This is also important because 70 percent of Hungary’s industry is characterized by high-tech products. Companies using cutting-edge technology need workers who perform efficient work, he said.
I would like the artificial intelligence-based training system to reach as wide a circle as possible. The draft will be developed jointly with representatives of employees and minority organizations, as well as experts from universities dealing with educational methodology and artificial intelligence, he added.
