Restaurants are not deeply affected by the new non-smoking rule

The new law about the protection of non-smokes was reinforced on 1st January 2012, meaning that guests are not allowed to smoke in closed public buildings, eg restaurants, and may only have a cigarette in the open-air garden of the area. The only difference is that people do not order as much coffee as they did before since they used to drink coffee while smoking.
