McDonald’s transfers its interest in Hungary to Scheer Sándor
McDonald’s Corporation signed a contract with Scheer Sándor for a share purchase agreement, according to which McDonald’s will transfer its ownership interest in the Hungarian company to Scheer Sándor, who develops and operates McDonald’s restaurants on the market as a Developmental Licensee (franchise) partner.
The capital needed for the further operation and growth of the Hungarian business will be provided by Scheer Sándor. Scheer Sándor is the founder, shareholder and CEO of the Market Építő Zrt., and the owner of the Unione Group real estate development company and Hotel Clark as well. (MTI)
