SSC’s in Hungary fear the precarious labour market situation and increasing employee expectations
Domestic service centers (SSC) are increasingly moving towards global business service provider life from performing transactional, repetitive activities, according to pwc research. About a quarter of respondents did not have a significant strategic change in the virus situation, while 8% even plan to expand their responsibilities. The main challenges are most seen by the leaders of the Hungarian SSC in relation to the workforce, as half of the respondents fear the precarious labour market situation.
