Healthy food is important to 66 percent of Hungarians
Every third Hungarian made a devastating statement about their health status in a recent representative survey by Pilulka. Stress can be one of the biggest risk factors, but it is also telling how much we do not take the health-damaging effects of smoking and obesity seriously. In fact, three-quarters of Hungarians believe that even those who do not exercise regularly can be healthy.
The main findings of the research:
- men feel healthy much more often than women
- women and young people are much more stressed, so much so that it also affects their health
- mental health is important to 64% of Hungarians
- according to 76% of Hungarians, those who do not exercise regularly can be healthy
- according to 73% of Hungarians, those who smoke can be healthy
- according to 71% of Hungarians, someone who is overweight or obese can be healthy
- we consider vitamins, dietary supplements, healthy foods and sports equipment to be the most important for maintaining health
