Seventeen percent of the Hungarian customers have complaints
The Hungarian consumer complains more and much more efficiently, than the customers of other EU countries.
Hungary has finished on podium in EU's Health and Consumer Protection (DG SANCO) recently published survey that was carried out in 2009. In Europe, Hungary has the most consumer complaints and product problems.
According to SANCO, in the EU, an average of 10 percent of consumers complains at the dealer after the purchase, in Hungary this ratio is 17 percent. Similarly, the ratio of those customers is very high (28 percent), who experienced problems during the purchase – reports Népszabadság Online.
