The Hungarian chefs can earn about the same money as their colleagues in Western Europe
According to the President of Hungarian Caterers Industry Board, there is a labor shortage in the hospitality industry, but the chefs earning about the same money as their colleagues in Western Europe, however, the chef training needs to be improved.
Kovács László told Kossuth Radio on Friday that the chefs these days want to go abroad to study, but then return to Hungary. Anyone who is ambitious can make a living in the hospitality industry in Hungary – he added. (MTI)
