78 percent of Hungarian consumers are often unable to identify their purchases with a card
We’ve all experienced that we can’t always identify every purchase we see in our account history. For example, the merchant name is unrecognizable, or the name of the payment processor is displayed instead of the merchant name. Mastercard’s new poll found that for many digital banking customers, this is a common problem that causes negative emotions in most people, and anxiety about potential fraud causes consumers to file repayment claims that could be avoided.
