Lidl Hungary has won the Top Employer award for the fourth time in a row, making it one of the best employers in our country. The discount chain has also been recognized internationally, as it has been awarded the Top Employer 2025 award in all 31 countries where it operates stores since last year.
Lidl Hungary has won the Top Employer award again this year, for the fourth time in a row. However, the company has achieved success not only domestically but also internationally, as it has been awarded the Top Employer 2025 award in all 31 countries where it operates stores since last year. It has also won the Top Employers Europe title for the eighth time, and this year it has also received the “X-Large Enterprise Seal” award for large companies for the first time.
“The award is confirmation and proof of our focus on people. We are proud of our development and that, in addition to competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, we offer our employees a working environment in which everyone can bring out their best,”
said Judit Tőzsér, Head of Corporate Communications at Lidl Hungary.
Companies with the Top Employer designation are committed to putting their employees at the heart of their business and providing them with outstanding working conditions. The Top Employers Institute evaluates companies using a questionnaire based on the information they provide. This covers 6 broad HR areas, including HR strategy, working conditions, recruitment, training and wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion practices.
