Lidl’s two price reduction programs will also remain
Lidl has started a continuous and lasting price reduction so that Hungarian families can get access to high-quality products as cheaply as possible. The price of more than half a thousand products was reduced until July by the reduction of purchase prices and the immediate passing on of price advantages beyond that. The trend continues – reports napi.hu.
In the long-term price reduction program, many basic foods and popular goods became cheaper. Lidl also offers loyal customers additional savings opportunities through its digital loyalty program, such as the Lidl Plus app. Own-brand products make up a large part of the offer, and customers specifically look for them because of their prices and quality.
In addition to the long-term price reduction program, the company also gives customers more in the framework of the mandatory promotions required by the decree.
