The Hungarian GoldenBurg potato is a member of the narrowest elite
The GoldenBurg potatoes grown in Dunaegyháza were a huge success. The potatoes of Haladás Mezőgazdasági Zrt. were on the podium in all categories in Nébih’s latest Supermint test series, published yesterday. This clearly indicates that Hungarian potatoes hold their own in an international comparison, as more than half of the items included in the study were foreign, imported potatoes.
Hungarian potatoes have proven themselves again! Haladás Mezőgazdasági Zrt.’s GoldenBurg potatoes finished among the narrowest elite, the best three, in the test conducted within the framework of the Supermint program of the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih). The focus of the investigation was the packaged potatoes available in the 8 largest domestic retail chains. The inspection was extremely wide-ranging and deep, as 27 items were scrutinized, on which a total of almost 8,000 laboratory measurements were performed.
