Nébih checked the catering kitchens
The National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) checked 1700 public catering kitchens since last October.
Six percent of these, 103 kitchens failed, while 7 percent, 124 kitchens received excellent rating. The Nébih did not punished the failed kitchens, but gives a helping hand to improve and develop these places with the authority’s technical assistance. (MTI)
