Public catering is not mass catering
Public catering is is not mass catering. It does not mean that we deliver some food to children, hospitals or workplaces, but that they have access to quality food at affordable prices, said the government secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office told on Friday in Budaörs.
Tuzson Bence spoke at the press conference closing the semi-finals of the Catering Chef Competition 2020-2021 about the importance of having events that can improve the quality of catering.
