Public catering should use more local products!

The public catering should use more locally grown, healthy agricultural products at a higher proportion – Gajda Róbert, Government commissioner, leader of the Békés County Government in Sarkad, where he signed the technical cooperation agreement on the Mintamenza (Pattern Canteen) program with the mayor.

Gajda Róbertsaid that the food products of Békés county have “probably the best quality in the country” and to use these food products in public catering “do not have to write out procurement procceedings.” He added that in Germany it is a practice for a long time. (MTI)
