The plant-based Vegan Caviar range of Canadian company Modern Plant Based Foods wants to fill a gap in the market with an affordable option.

The Vancouver-based firm is looking to capitalise on the growing popularity of caviar. According to a statement from Modern Plant Based Foods, the product line offers salmon, wasabi and beluga flavours, and it is available at select restaurants and retailers across Canada, including the company’s own Modern Wellness Bars in Vancouver, as well as online. //
