New plant-based ribs by Juicy Marbles have edible bones

Alternative meat company Juicy Marbles is launching a new Baby Ribs product, after sending a similar product to a group of consumers for testing back in August 2023.

The Baby Ribs are based on Marble’s 3.0 recipe, which makes the product “clean label”, and it contains no thickeners or binders. The bones in the product are edible: they are made with soy protein and can be incorporated into a variety of snacks and broths. //
